FAQ

Below are a list of questions on how to use Blogrity. If your questions is not below, please use the site contact form to submit your inquiry.

Q: I can’t see the submit form?
A: Do you have a Blogrity account? If so, you will need to sign in. You have to be a member of Blogrity to be able to submit links.

Q: How do I submit a link?
A: Go to the submit form and if you are logged in, you should see a form. You will need to enter the title of your post, a description or excerpt no more than 1000 characters of your post, and the link to your post (no redirects please), and then select the category in which your article belongs.

Q: I just submitted my article, but it did not appear. Why?
A: All submissions are moderated before being published. This is to prevent spam, and also in case your post is not in the correct category. Blogrity may need to create new categories if your article does not fall under any of the ones already available.

Q: I want to help with the Blogrity project? How can I?
A: Use the contact form on the site if you are interested in helping with the project. We are looking for people into creating toolbars and familiar with WordPress as well as PHP. The project is a volunteer one and you are welcome to add it to your portfolio that you were on the Blogrity Project.

Q: I submitted an article and it seemed it was not approved. What happenend?
A: There are several reasons why this may have happened:
- It was spam.
- You used the social bookmark site to submit the same link to several categories. (You only need to submit once.)
- You did not link to a blog entry. (Blogrity.com is the social bookmark site for bloggers which means the site really allows entries from bloggers’s sites.)
